Description of MDC's Grievance Process:
MDC will acknowledge all written grievances within 5 calendar days and all electronic grievances within 3 calendar days.
MDC will resolve all grievances within 30 calendar days.
Members have 180 calendar days from the date of an incident to submit a grievance.
